New Image Group Acquires Nutrimetics from Tupperware Brands

New Image Group, a privately owned New Zealand wellness and nutrition company, has acquired the Nutrimetics beauty brand from Tupperware Brands Corporation for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes Nutrimetics Australia, Nutrimetics International New Zealand, Nutrimetics Manufacturing and Nutrimetics France; New Image plans to integrate the brand into its direct-selling and manufacturing operations and expand distribution via its independent consultants.
