Cold Chain Technologies Acquires Tower Cold Chain

The acquisition expands CCT's product portfolio, global service network and manufacturing capabilities to better serve pharmaceutical and life sciences customers worldwide.

Carrier Global Corporation has completed the acquisition of substantially all of Toshiba Corporation's ownership stake in Toshiba Carrier Corporation (TCC) for approximately $900 million. TCC, a global provider of residential and light commercial HVAC solutions including VRF and heat pump products with roughly $2 billion in 2021 sales and about 6,600 employees, will join Carrier's newly created Global Comfort Solutions business unit headquartered in Tokyo.

(CRS), a regional provider of thermal envelope and low-temperature construction solutions, as CES's third acquisition of 2021. The deal expands CES's Structures division by adding CRS's project management, insulated metal panel (IMP) installation expertise and underfloor heating capabilities and strengthens CES's foothold in the U.S. Southeast.

Nordic Cold Chain Solutions Acquires Minus Works Inc.

Nordic will assume control of Minus Works' Long Island facility, build a new manufacturing site in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and expand operations in Reno, Nevada to scale the company's eco-friendly cold-chain solutions nationwide.
