Acadia Healthcare Acquires CenterPointe Behavioral Health System

Acadia Healthcare completed the acquisition of CenterPointe Behavioral Health System, adding four inpatient hospitals (260 acute care beds and 46 specialty substance-use beds) and 10 outpatient locations across Missouri. Acadia funded the transaction with cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility and said the deal extends its footprint in high-growth Missouri markets (St. Louis, Kansas City and Columbia).

BayMark Health Services Acquires Liberty Bay Recovery Center

BRC Healthcare, a Texas-based provider of addiction treatment services, has acquired four Nashville-area substance abuse treatment businesses — Nashville Recovery Center, NRC Clinical, Nashville Detox Center and Tennessee Recovery Clinic. The transaction brings a full continuum of care to BRC's portfolio as the company plans to expand treatment bed capacity and outpatient services in the Nashville market; founders Ryan Cain and Darren Hobbs will remain in management roles.

Select Rehabilitation Acquires RehabCare from Kindred Healthcare

Behavioral Health Group Acquires Center for Treatment & Recovery (CTR) in Pawtucket, RI

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) has acquired the Center for Treatment & Recovery (CTR), LLC in Pawtucket, Rhode Island; the clinic will operate as BHG Pawtucket Treatment Center. The outpatient opioid treatment program employs 23 clinicians and staff and expands BHG's network (now 71 locations across 15 states) to Rhode Island to increase access to Medication Assisted Treatment and behavioral health services.

Divine Healthcare Management Acquires Superior Rehabilitation Center (Superior, WI)
