Meridian Adhesives Group has acquired Design Polymerics, a manufacturer of high-performance sealants, adhesives, insulation mastics and indoor air quality products. The acquisition is an add-on to Meridian’s Industrial Product Assembly Division and expands its presence in the HVAC, insulation and indoor air quality markets under new owner American Securities.
