Wisconsin River Partners Acquires Lemke Industrial Machine

Wausau-based private investment firm Wisconsin River Partners has acquired Lemke Industrial Machine, a Marathon, Wisconsin–based designer and manufacturer of specialized equipment for locks, dams and movable bridges, effective Sept. 30. The founder, Dave Pflieger, sought a succession solution that preserved jobs and operations; management and staff will remain in place and Pflieger will continue as president.

Merak Group Acquires Woodcraft Design & Furnishings

Miami-based private equity firm Merak Group has acquired Woodcraft Design and Furnishings, a Central Florida designer and manufacturer of custom furniture for the hospitality industry. Ascension Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor to Woodcraft; Merak says it will provide operational expertise and capital to support growth while preserving the company's founder-led culture.

SouthWorth Capital Management Acquires American Furniture Manufacturing

Memphis-based family office SouthWorth Capital Management has acquired American Furniture Manufacturing (AFM), a vertically integrated producer of upholstered residential furniture headquartered in Ecru, Mississippi. AFM operates over 700,000 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space, employs more than 650 people across its subsidiaries (Peak Living, Independent Furniture Supply, Delta Furniture Manufacturing, Southern Fibers), and will partner with SouthWorth to accelerate growth and expand market reach; financial terms were not disclosed.

Riverspan Partners Acquires United Titanium

Riverspan Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on industrials, has acquired United Titanium, a Wooster, Ohio-based manufacturer of specialty titanium, zirconium and other-alloy fasteners, fittings and precision components. Financial terms were not disclosed; United Titanium will remain headquartered in Wooster under its existing leadership while Riverspan provides capital and operational support to drive product innovation, manufacturing improvements and global customer growth.

Premier Truck Group, a Penske Automotive Group company, acquired River States Truck and Trailer, Inc., a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based commercial truck dealership and repair business. The deal adds five facilities across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, expands Premier's footprint into new markets, and is expected to contribute roughly $200 million of estimated annualized revenue.
