The Watermill Group has completed an investment in Musser Lumber Company and its operating subsidiary Musser Biomass and Wood Products, a Virginia-based producer of premium dried hardwood fiber and related converted products. The partnership will support Musser's growth and product development across markets including composite wood products, grilling and heating pellets, briquettes and animal bedding; debt for the transaction was provided by Energy Impact Partners' Credit Group with an operating line from Pinnacle Financial Partners.
