The Ohio Art Company has acquired 100% of the assets of Allstate Can Corporation, a century-old specialty tinplate packaging manufacturer headquartered in New Jersey. The acquisition brings complementary metal lithography, printing and can-making capabilities together to expand Ohio Art's in-house packaging services and better serve a broad set of end markets.
