Shermco Industries, a Gryphon Investors-backed provider of electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning and repair services, has acquired NextGen Technologies Ltd., an electrical testing and protection-and-control specialist based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. The NextGen management team will remain with Shermco as the company looks to expand its protection and control capabilities and geographic footprint across North America; terms were not disclosed.
