Teamshares Acquires Sierra Home Alternatives

Teamshares, a venture-backed platform that transitions small businesses to employee ownership, has acquired Sierra Home Alternatives, a fireplace and stove retail and service business based in Placerville, California. Founders Casey Kish and Parrish Stanton will retain a minority stake, all employees will be retained and given the opportunity to earn stock, and terms were not disclosed.
