Miss Group Acquires Webland

Miss Group, backed by private equity firm Perwyn, has acquired Swiss web hosting provider Webland as part of its buy-and-build expansion in 2021. Webland, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Münchenstein, Switzerland, generates around €4 million in annual turnover and manages approximately 75,000 domains; the deal strengthens Miss Group's presence in the Swiss and wider DACH hosting market.

Perwyn-backed Miss Group Acquires Swedish Hosting Company CloudNet

Perwyn-backed Miss Group has acquired CloudNet, a Stockholm-headquartered managed web hosting business established in 2010 that serves roughly 500 SME customers and reported SEK25m revenue for the year ending December 2021. The deal is an add-on to Miss Group's platform, expanding its Nordic footprint and Linux-managed hosting capabilities while integrating CloudNet's customers and expertise into Miss Group's international hosting network.

Miss Group Acquires Hoststar

The deal expands Miss Group’s Swiss presence and customer base (Hoststar serves ~80,000 customers and ~180,000 domains), furthering the platform’s roll-up strategy in the DACH region and adding to recent Swiss acquisitions that lift combined turnover above €10 million.
