Miss Group Acquires Webland

Miss Group, backed by private equity firm Perwyn, has acquired Swiss web hosting provider Webland as part of its buy-and-build expansion in 2021. Webland, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Münchenstein, Switzerland, generates around €4 million in annual turnover and manages approximately 75,000 domains; the deal strengthens Miss Group's presence in the Swiss and wider DACH hosting market.

Miss Group Acquires Hoststar

Miss Group, the Perwyn-backed web hosting platform, has acquired Hoststar, one of Switzerland’s largest web hosting providers headquartered in Fraubrunnen. The deal expands Miss Group’s Swiss presence and customer base (Hoststar serves ~80,000 customers and ~180,000 domains), furthering the platform’s roll-up strategy in the DACH region and adding to recent Swiss acquisitions that lift combined turnover above €10 million.

Miss Group Acquires CloudAccess

Miss Group, a Perwyn-backed international web hosting business, has acquired Spanish-based ADW Europe SL as a bolt-on to its Profesional Hosting platform. The deal adds about 1,400 SME customers in Spain and is intended to accelerate revenue and EBITDA growth for Miss Group in the Spanish market.
