PatientPoint has acquired Rendia, a Baltimore-based provider of subscription point-of-care engagement software and content for eye care providers. The deal brings Rendia's 8,000+ eye care customers, content library and provider portal into PatientPoint to accelerate its expansion into ophthalmology, optometry and other specialties; Chesapeake Corporate Advisors served as Rendia's exclusive financial advisor.
