The deal expands Sigma7's platform capabilities in training, crisis management and global risk services.

The transaction expands Location Services' servicing footprint and capabilities—particularly its penetration into regional banks and credit unions—and brings SRS’s experienced workforce and remarketing/title services into the platform.
