Fruition Growth, LLC (Fruition) acquired the assets of DDEV from Rockmont Capital. Fruition will keep the DDEV local development tool open-source while integrating DDEV's closed-source hosting platform into its Cloud Hosting PaaS; the deal also brings key DDEV engineers into Fruition's team.
