GrowthCurve Capital has acquired Duetto, a San Francisco–based provider of cloud-native revenue management software for the hospitality industry, from affiliates of Warburg Pincus and other shareholders. Terms were not disclosed; GrowthCurve said it will accelerate Duetto’s AI strategy, invest in new product development and support expansion into new business lines and markets.

CIVC Partners Acquires Datavail
