Constellation HomeBuilder Systems has acquired LandDev, a cloud-based software system for commercial and residential real estate land developers (a product of Leverance, Inc.). The acquisition will allow Constellation to invest further in the LandDev product, deepen its capabilities across the construction process, and extend support and integrations for Constellation ERP customers and standalone clients.
