Fox Corporation Acquires Caliente TV in Mexico

Fox Corporation announced the acquisition of Caliente TV, a leading sports broadcasting and streaming channel in Mexico, to expand its sports footprint and sports-rights portfolio across Mexico and Central America. The deal will support Fox's launch of a new Pay TV channel and an SVOD platform alongside its AVOD offering, and brings a broad portfolio of premium sports rights to Fox's owned-and-operated platforms.
