The acquisition expands WSP’s Property & Buildings practice, strengthening its technical capabilities and presence in the U.S. Northeast and other high-demand specialty building markets.

Keystone Capital Acquires Lane Power & Energy Solutions, Inc.

Keystone Capital has completed the acquisition of Lane Power & Energy Solutions, Inc. (LPES), a Houston-based provider of underground hydrocarbon storage and turnkey EPC services for petrochemical, midstream and government customers. Keystone said it will partner with LPES management to expand capabilities, broaden service offerings and grow organically and via targeted acquisitions; transaction terms were not disclosed.

SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires K&K Electric

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital–backed infrastructure services platform, has acquired K&K Electric, Inc., an electrical services provider focused on petroleum fueling and EV infrastructure based in Sanford, Florida. The add-on expands SPATCO's petroleum and EV capabilities and Florida footprint, adding roughly 70 electricians and strengthening service offerings across the Southeast United States.

KCI Technologies Acquires McLaren Engineering Group

ShawKwei & Partners Acquires ZymeFlow

ShawKwei & Partners, an Asian private equity industrial investor, has acquired 100% of ZymeFlow, a Houston-based provider of ecofriendly chemical decontamination products and services for energy and chemical processing facilities. ShawKwei purchased ZymeFlow from investors including controlling shareholder Thompson Street Capital Partners and will partner with ZymeFlow management to expand the company's US and international presence and complement ShawKwei's existing energy transition investments.
