ShawKwei & Partners, an Asian private equity industrial investor, has acquired 100% of ZymeFlow, a Houston-based provider of ecofriendly chemical decontamination products and services for energy and chemical processing facilities. ShawKwei purchased ZymeFlow from investors including controlling shareholder Thompson Street Capital Partners and will partner with ZymeFlow management to expand the company's US and international presence and complement ShawKwei's existing energy transition investments.

ShawKwei & Partners’ investment platform Liberty Energy Solutions, through Alliance Energy Services Pte Ltd, has acquired 100% of Singapore-headquartered PEC Ltd in a privatization transaction (deal reported around US$160–165 million). The acquisition, which will see PEC integrated with Liberty Energy’s CR3 and ZymeFlow businesses, completes the delisting of PEC from the Singapore Exchange and expands Liberty Energy’s global energy engineering and maintenance capabilities across oil & gas and petrochemical markets.
