PomeGran Acquires ROCK Networks

PomeGran Inc. has acquired ROCK Networks Inc., bringing the telecom systems integrator and broadband service provider into PomeGran as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal is intended to accelerate PomeGran's expansion of fibre, fixed wireless and other broadband services across underserved rural and Indigenous communities in Canada (and support efforts in the Northeastern US), with ROCK founder Joe Hickey named President of PomeGran.
