The deal brings PrimeGov's capabilities and customers (over 180 local government agencies) into Rock Solid's platform and names PrimeGov Executive Chairman Tom Spengler as CEO of the combined company.

The acquisition expands Rock Solid's product suite by combining Swagit's live streaming/on‑demand video and hands‑free broadcast services with Rock Solid's OneMeeting agenda/meeting management platform, increasing the combined customer base to nearly 800 public sector customers; Swagit co‑founder Bryan Halley will join Rock Solid's executive team.
