GRO Capital has agreed to become a new shareholder in Adform A/S, injecting significant equity and partnering with existing investor VIA equity and Adform’s management to support the company’s growth. Adform, a Copenhagen-based ad tech SaaS provider with roughly 850 employees, will use the investment to accelerate its global expansion and product development; closing was anticipated by end of April 2019.
