Omada A/S, a Copenhagen-based leader in identity governance software, accepted a majority investment led by GRO Fund III together with new investor Kirk Kapital and co-investors including the Private Equity Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management and P+. The transaction provides a full exit to CVC Growth Funds and GRO Fund II and will fund Omada's global expansion, AI-driven product innovation and potential strategic M&A.

Groendus — formed in 2021 from a consolidation of six companies — is headquartered in Utrecht, employs about 130 people, serves thousands of business, municipal and institutional clients, and will continue to be led by its current management team; financial terms were not disclosed.
