APG and OMERS Infrastructure Acquire Groendus from NPM Capital

A consortium of Dutch pension asset manager APG and OMERS Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Groendus, a sustainable energy platform, from NPM Capital. Groendus — formed in 2021 from a consolidation of six companies — is headquartered in Utrecht, employs about 130 people, serves thousands of business, municipal and institutional clients, and will continue to be led by its current management team; financial terms were not disclosed.
