NPM Capital backs merger of Caspar de Haan and De Variabele to form OMDUS group

Dutch private equity firm NPM Capital is partnering with family-owned maintenance firms Caspar de Haan and De Variabele to merge the two businesses into a new group (OMDUS) that will continue to operate under the existing brands. The combination—about 700 employees across 11 offices—aims to scale capabilities in real-estate maintenance and sustainability management and create a national platform for housing corporations and care homes.
