Point 41 Capital Partners Recapitalizes Interstate AC Service, Acquiring Kimbro Mechanical and Open Source Controls

Point 41 Capital Partners partnered with the founders and management of Interstate AC Service to recapitalize the company and support growth, concurrently acquiring Kimbro Mechanical and Open Source Controls to build a multi-discipline commercial services platform. Monroe Capital arranged senior debt to finance the transaction, which will support organic and inorganic expansion across HVAC, plumbing and building automation end markets.
