The acquisition strengthens Harris' vertical market software capabilities in emergency and public management and supports ICO's continued expansion within Canada.

Constellation's Harris Acquires Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices Business

The transaction, valued at up to $700 million (including contingent consideration), is a divestiture by Allscripts intended to focus its portfolio while Harris expands its healthcare software capabilities.
