Harris Computer Corporation (Harris Computer), an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Pacific Medical Management Services, Inc. and Whittier Medical Management Associates, Inc., two California-based revenue cycle management (RCM) firms. The deals add to Harris's Resolv Healthcare RCM portfolio and expand its ambulatory market capabilities in California; C&R Capital Management served as exclusive financial advisor to the sellers.

Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), agreed to acquire the net assets of Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices business segment, including Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks and related solutions. The transaction, valued at up to $700 million (including contingent consideration), is a divestiture by Allscripts intended to focus its portfolio while Harris expands its healthcare software capabilities.
