Harris Acquires Innovative Medical Management and MedBill IQ

Harris (N. Harris Computer Corporation) has acquired Innovative Medical Management, LLC and MedBill IQ, LLC (Conexem Software) to expand its revenue cycle management and EMR capabilities in California. The two companies will join Resolv Healthcare, Harris’ revenue cycle business unit, and bring specialized capabilities in workers' compensation, personal injury and related medical-legal billing markets.

CCMR3 Acquires HealthCare-I, L.L.C.

CCMR3, a Syracuse-based accounts receivable and collections provider, has acquired Healthcare-I, L.L.C. (HCI), a healthcare receivables management and debt recovery firm founded in 1992. HCI will operate as a wholly owned, stand-alone subsidiary to expand CCMR3's healthcare collections capabilities and client offerings.

R1 RCM Acquires SCI Solutions

The deal (announced Jan 2020, closed Apr 2020) brings SCI’s EHR-agnostic care coordination marketplace and digital “front door” offerings into R1’s platform, and was previously owned by investors including The Wicks Group, NEA and Columbia Pacific.
