GTCR Acquires Lexipol from The Riverside Company

GTCR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lexipol, a provider of policy management, training and wellness SaaS for public safety agencies, from The Riverside Company. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter, and follows Riverside’s multi-year investments and integrations that expanded Lexipol’s training, wellness and policy capabilities.

Lexitas Acquires Alaris

LPA Software Solutions Acquires LPA Systems, Inc.

A small partner group led by Jim Carrick formed LPA Software Solutions, LLC and acquired LPA Systems, Inc., a Rochester-based IBM Premier Business Partner and business analytics provider. Founders Donald Soule and Katrina Adams remain in executive roles and existing LPA Systems staff and client relationships will transfer to the new ownership.

Cumming Group Acquires LeftField
