LicenseLogix will be integrated with Wolters Kluwer's CT Corporation to expand CT's end-to-end legal entity compliance and managed services offerings; the deal is expected to deliver ROIC above Wolters Kluwer's after-tax WACC within three to five years and have an immaterial impact on adjusted earnings in the first full year.
