Hirewell Acquires Rainmakers Tech Sales Marketplace

Hulic Co., Ltd. has acquired all shares of Rays Company (Hong Kong) Limited — previously wholly owned by RS Company Ltd., an affiliate of Oasis Management Company Ltd. — which holds a 63.88% stake in listed real estate company Raysum Co., Ltd. Oasis/RS also transferred related loan receivables and dividend claims for cash consideration; Oasis said the sale positions Raysum to achieve further corporate value enhancement under Hulic's stewardship.

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hilo Equipment & Services, a privately held material handling equipment distributor with three branches in the New York City metro area. Hilo generated approximately $50 million in revenue and $3.0 million of Adjusted EBITDA in FY2019; the acquisition expands Alta's footprint in the northeastern United States and strengthens its OEM partnerships and service capabilities.
