Grammer Industries Acquires LiMarCo Logistics

Grammer Industries, a Stellex Capital-backed hazardous materials transportation and logistics company, has acquired LiMarCo Logistics, a regional LPG/NGL hauler based in Houston with a terminal in Corpus Christi. The acquisition (closed December 6, 2019) adds 26 tractors, 41 trailers and 15 independent contractors to Grammer's NGL division and expands Grammer's footprint in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
