Hudson Hill Capital acquired majority stakes in Global Transport Logistics, Inc. (GTLi) and Am Trans Expedite, Inc. and combined them into a new holding company, Fusion Transport LLC, to create a national logistics platform focused on retail consolidation, LTL shipping and multimodal brokerage. The founders and senior executives of both companies retained meaningful equity and continue in leadership roles while Ally Financial provided acquisition financing.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Capstone Logistics from The Jordan Company

H.I.G. Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in Capstone Logistics, a Peachtree Corners, Georgia–based third‑party logistics provider, from an affiliate of The Jordan Company. Capstone’s management, led by CEO Steve Taylor, will remain shareholders and TJC will retain a minority stake and reinvest; the deal is positioned to accelerate Capstone’s organic growth and acquisition strategy.

(TLSS) entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all assets of GRC Trucking, Inc., a 30-year intermodal logistics and drayage provider based in Kearney, New Jersey. The asset purchase (to be paid in TLSS common stock) is intended to expand TLSS' intermodal, import/export and drayage capabilities and realize operating-synergies with its PrimeEFS and ShypDirect hubs in New Jersey.
