Godspeed Capital has made a strategic investment in Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering (ICE) to establish ICE as a transportation-focused engineering and consulting platform serving the Southeastern U.S. ICE, headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, operates 23 offices with more than 500 professionals and will continue to be led by its existing management team, which will retain a significant equity stake. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The add-on expands ICE USA's planning, civil engineering, and construction management capabilities in Texas and brings nearly 90 engineers and consultants to the platform; Latham & Watkins and AEC Advisors advised on the deal.
