Godspeed Capital Management LP, via its transportation platform ICE USA (Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering), has acquired IDCUS Inc., a Houston-based civil engineering and transportation consulting firm. The add-on expands ICE USA's planning, civil engineering, and construction management capabilities in Texas and brings nearly 90 engineers and consultants to the platform; Latham & Watkins and AEC Advisors advised on the deal.
