CCPA Group (via Euro-Nutec Premix) Acquires Nutrisur

French animal nutrition company CCPA Group, through its joint-venture Euro-Nutec Premix, has acquired Uruguayan premix maker Nutrisur, a Canelones-based animal nutrition specialist with more than 20 years of experience. The deal strengthens CCPA/Euro-Nutec's presence in Latin America and gives Nutrisur access to the research and development resources of the CCPA and Nutec groups.
