Cross Company, a 100% employee-owned industrial solutions firm based in Greensboro, North Carolina, has acquired Flow-Tech, a Hunt Valley, Maryland-based process instrumentation sales and service provider. Flow-Tech will join Cross Company's Flow and Safety Technologies group and continue operations in Hunt Valley while extending Cross Company's instrumentation, service capabilities and regional coverage across Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
