Harrington Process Solutions Acquires Cortrol Process Systems

Harrington Process Solutions has acquired Cortrol Process Systems, a Tulsa-based distributor and fabricator of non-metallic, corrosion-resistant flow-control products. The acquisition expands Harrington's flow-control product portfolio and fabrication capabilities to better serve chemical processing, municipal water, and industrial customers across the Midwest and Gulf Coast; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bain Capital Private Equity to Acquire Harrington Process Solutions

Bain Capital Private Equity has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harrington Process Solutions (also known as Harrington Industrial Plastics) from Nautic Partners. Harrington, a Chino, California–headquartered specialty distributor of piping and fluid process products with more than 60 U.S. locations, will remain led by its current management team; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023 (terms not disclosed).

Flow Control Holdings' Steel & O'Brien division has acquired Top Line Process Equipment Company from Allegheny Bradford Corporation. The deal, executed by Edgewater Growth Capital Partners' portfolio company FCH, adds stainless-steel sanitary processing components (pumps, valves, fittings, tubing) serving food, beverage and pharmaceutical end markets to the platform.

PumpMan is a provider of onsite maintenance, repair, replacement and pump sales for commercial, industrial and municipal water and wastewater systems; the deal adds national pump service capabilities to Harrington's flow-control distribution platform.
