Bain Capital Private Equity has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harrington Process Solutions (also known as Harrington Industrial Plastics) from Nautic Partners. Harrington, a Chino, California–headquartered specialty distributor of piping and fluid process products with more than 60 U.S. locations, will remain led by its current management team; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023 (terms not disclosed).

Harrington will continue to operate under its brand while leveraging Cascade's operational resources and technology; the deal is an add‑on to Cascade's platform and marks the company's 12th acquisition (9th in Florida).
