(ACS), a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired Service Air Eastern Shore, a residential and commercial HVAC services provider headquartered in Silverhill, Alabama. The deal is an add-on acquisition to expand ACS’s footprint and service capabilities across southwest Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
