(ACS), a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired Howell Chase Heating & Air Conditioning, a Bluffton, South Carolina provider of residential and light-commercial HVAC services. The acquisition expands ACS’s footprint in South Carolina; financing was provided by Capital Southwest and First Eagle Alternative Credit and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton advised Hidden Harbor.
