Enterprise Financial Services Corp (EFSC) will acquire First Choice Bancorp (FCBP) in an all-stock merger valued at approximately $397.7 million (≈ $33.40 per FCBP share). The transaction, expected to close in Q3 2021 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, will combine the businesses to create a pro forma company with roughly $12.7 billion in consolidated assets and expands Enterprise’s commercial banking presence in California.
