Enterprise Financial Services Corp Acquires Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings

Enterprise Financial Services Corp (EFSC) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings (SCBH) in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at about $156 million. The deal will add Seacoast's SBA lending platform and specialty deposit relationships to EFSC, creating a combined company with approximately $9.7 billion in pro forma assets and expected near-term EPS accretion.
