Tyler Technologies has acquired Quatred, a New Hampshire-based systems integrator that provides barcoding and mobile inventory solutions. The acquisition will integrate Quatred's barcoding technology (QUICK) across Tyler's ERP and asset management platforms to deliver a single barcoding solution for Tyler's public-sector customers and bolster its ERP and asset maintenance capabilities.

TRC Healthcare Acquires QURE Healthcare

TRC Healthcare, a Denver-based provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals, has acquired QURE Healthcare to scale QURE's Clinical Performance and Value (CPV) patient simulation software and strengthen TRC's evidence-based education offerings. QURE founder Dr. John Peabody will continue as QURE's president and will also serve as Chief Medical Officer at TRC, as the acquisition aims to reduce unwarranted variation in care and improve patient outcomes.
