The add-on transaction (closed May 26, 2023) expands Seneca's consulting and cybersecurity capabilities and establishes a new office in New York City to broaden its national presence.

QED Technologies Acquires Dutch United Instruments (Nanomefos)

The deal adds non-contact, nanometer-accurate metrology for freeform and aspheric optics to QED's portfolio, establishes a European HQ in the Netherlands, and expands QED's capabilities across semiconductor, aerospace, defense and research markets.

TRC Companies Acquires Quatric

Hexagon AB acquired ETQ, a Massachusetts-based provider of SaaS quality (QMS), EHS and compliance management software, for $1.2 billion in cash on a debt- and cash-free basis. ETQ—headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts with ~185 employees and expected 2022 revenue of ~$75M—will join Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division to accelerate Hexagon’s cloud journey and expand its quality-management capabilities across manufacturing and regulated industries.

Quantic Electronics Acquires Union Technology Corporation

Quad-C Management Acquires SEI Group LLC from Narrow Gauge Capital

Quad-C Management has acquired SEI Group LLC, a distributor and installer of residential insulation and specialty building products based in Atlanta, Georgia, from Narrow Gauge Capital. Quad-C will partner with newly appointed executives and the existing SEI management team to pursue an aggressive consolidation strategy and national growth for the platform; terms were not disclosed.
