(ECG), a project and program management, earned value management, and risk management services firm founded in 1996. ECG will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with Dave Eden and the existing team remaining in leadership roles; the deal expands Quotient's project management capabilities and multi-agency presence in the federal sector.
