(TGHI) acquired the World Championship Air Race (WCAR) via an asset purchase, transferring core management and operational staff to its newly formed subsidiary Air Race Limited. Touchpoint intends to leverage its Touchpoint App and digital audience-engagement capabilities to expand and monetize the global air-racing series, targeting ticketing, subscriptions, sponsorships and other revenue streams.
