Activated Insights, a Cressey & Company–backed workforce enablement platform, has acquired CareAcademy to create an expanded workforce development and compliance training offering for long-term and post-acute care providers. The combined organization will integrate CareAcademy's training and compliance automation with Activated Insights' analytics, benchmarking, recruiting tools and interoperability to deliver a unified platform for home care, home health, hospice, assisted living and skilled nursing providers.

Home Care Pulse Acquires Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight

Home Care Pulse (HCP), with support from healthcare-focused private equity firm Cressey & Company, acquired Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight to expand its post-acute care experience management, training, and reputation management platform. The transactions bring additional survey, benchmarking, and eLearning capabilities into HCP's Care Intelligence platform and are being integrated under the Activated Insights brand.

Procurement Partners Acquires On.Care

Procurement Partners, a procure-to-pay (P2P) provider backed by Serent Capital, has acquired On.Care, an e-procurement solution for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The deal combines the two companies’ e-procurement platforms to expand vendor networks, cross-sell opportunities, and technology capabilities across post-acute care and senior living customers; terms were not disclosed.

HouseWorks Acquires AccordCare's Connecticut Personal Care Division

HouseWorks Holdings, LLC acquired the Connecticut Personal Care Division of AccordCare — the Companions & Homemakers and Companions Forever brands — expanding HouseWorks' in-home personal care footprint into Connecticut. The deal (an add-on to the HouseWorks platform, which partners with InTandem Capital) strengthens access to Medicaid and dual-eligible home care under HouseWorks' BetterCare at Home model; TripleTree served as financial advisor to AccordCare.
