Cleveland-based Watervale Equity Partners completed a recapitalization of PGF Technology Group and MIS Controls (collectively “PGF”), with PGF CEO Naji Gebara investing alongside the firm and remaining as CEO. The financing refinanced the balance sheet and supplies growth capital to fund a new biological treatment plant at CWE's Dayton location and expand overall capacity; CWE is a portfolio company of Hunting Dog Capital and is led by CEO John Staton.
