Dains Accountants has acquired Isosceles Finance, a UK-based accounting outsourcing, HR consultancy and interim FD provider founded in 2001 with a network of four UK offices. The deal is an add-on to the Dains group (which is PE-backed by Horizon Capital); Isosceles' management (Mike O'Connell and Greg Eaton) are remaining with the business to support growth.
